The Divisions

The Guardsmen Militia's divisions are effectively mini-guilds operating within the rank structure of the Militia. They are groups of guardsmen given specialist training in order for them to fulfill specific duties to a greater degree than the regulars.

The Divisions are tightly knit groups of fully-fledged Guards, bound with friendship and equal values. They venture on patrols, fight back to back, train their special skills together and support one another in times of hardship. Division members know each other well, and develop unique battle tactics along with their improved teamwork, long experience as guardsmen and strong fellowship.

A Division is much like a small guild inside of the Militia, consisting out of one or more Guards. The fact that there are only Guards makes the combat prowess and efficiency greater. All divisions have a Corporal to lead them and decide ultimately which Guards are worthy of joining. The Corporals are usually picked from the most senior and experienced members of the Division.
